Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

Due to a high volume of orders promotional periods, there may be delays on the dispatch of your order. Please allow additional time for your order to be shipped from our warehouse.

Our dispatch team operates during business hours on weekdays. Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300.00, otherwise it is a $10.00 flat rate for standard shipping and $15.00 for express shipping. Orders over $500.00 are eligible for free express shipping.

Free Standard Shipping via Australia Post (3-5 Business Days) is available on all orders.

Free Express Shipping via Australia Post (1-2 Business Days) is available for orders over $500.00 or for a flat rate of $15.00 on orders below $500.00.

We offer a flat rate $25.00 for New Zealand and flat rate of $40.00 for Rest of World with DHL Express or FedEx (2-7 Business Days depending on location).

Delivery may incur delays due to customs which is out of our control. We ship internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis and are not responsible for customs, duties and taxes for international customers.

Please note when ordering during promotional periods, sales and over holiday seasons there may be delays. Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, we are unable to make changes your order prior to dispatch. All sales are final.

What is Checkout+ Coverage?

Checkout+ gives you return shipping coverage on your order. If you opt in at checkout, your return label is covered, so you can return your item for a store credit or exchange at no additional cost.

If you choose not to add Checkout+ coverage, you can still return your item, but the cost of the return shipping label will be your responsibility.
