Returns
Blanca products purchased at full price can be returned for an exchange or a store credit. Please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Store credit will be allocated in the form of a gift card and sent to the nominated email address at the time of transaction within 3 business days of Blanca receiving the returned item/s.
This excludes hair accessories and headwear, which are ineligible to be returned unless faulty.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn & unused (including tags). All items must be in the original packaging, which must also be in its original condition (including boxes & garment bags. Blanca reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria). Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
All return postage costs are at the customer's expense, domestic or international, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
Please note, sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code. This excludes the 15% new subscriber offer.
Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, we are unable to make changes once they are placed. All sales are final.
Please confirm sizing suitability for Blanca pieces prior to purchase by referring to the measurements listed in the description of each product.
Exchanges
We are only able to facilitate direct size exchanges for the exact same product (including colour). If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend you return and repurchase your preferred product in accordance with our return conditions.
Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our warehouse. Should your exchange order not be available, we will process a store credit for your return. Please note that exchanges are only applicable for customers in Australia.
Faulty & Incorrect Items
We understand this is disappointing and we hope you never receive an incorrect or faulty item. In the rare occurrence where you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon the receipt of your item here.
We will cover the cost of returning defective goods & incorrect items to facilitate an exchange.
Blanca reserves the right to assess faulty items and reject complaints on products, which have not been cared for correctly as per the directions provided.
Purchases from Stockists
Items purchased through other retailers besides Blanca’s online store must be returned to them. Please contact the store you have purchased from as we do not have access to their systems to be able to facilitate a return.
Customs & Duties
Prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay import taxes upon the arrival of their goods resulting in their parcel being returned to the sender.
