BLANCA offers store credit in exchange for returned goods. Please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

We are unable to facilitate a direct exchange for a different size.

​Please confirm sizing suitability for Blanca pieces prior to purchase by checking the measurements listed in the product description as refunds are only provided for faulty items. 

In cases of change of mind or lack of sizing suitability, we do not cover the cost of returning items to us.

​Please note sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. This includes items purchased during promotional sales.

We also do not accept returns on hats and hair accessories.

Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, we are unable to make changes your order prior to dispatch. All sales are final.

Defective & Incorrect Items

Please contact us immediately upon the receipt of your item if it is believed to be the incorrect product or if there is a suspected fault. 

​Blanca reserves the right to assess faulty items and reject complaints on products, which have not been cared for correctly as per the directions provided. 

​We will cover the cost of returning defective goods & incorrect items to facilitate an exchange.

Purchases from Other Stores

Please contact the store you have purchased from in the event you would like an exchange or replacement as we do not have access to their back end systems.

Customs & Duties

Prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay import taxes upon the arrival of their goods resulting in their parcel being returned to sender.
