When does the warehouse sale start?

The online warehouse sale starts Friday 26th April and ends on Monday 29th April 2024. 

Is the warehouse sale available in store?

The online warehouse sale is only available online between Friday 26th April and ends on Monday 29th April 2024.

How do I apply the warehouse sale discount? 

All items included in the Blanca / Reliquia warehouse sale have prices as marked so no code is required. 

I have a discount code. Can I use my discount code on top of the sale price? 

Offer not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. No further discounts can be applied. All prices are final at time of purchase.

Do you offer returns on items included in the warehouse sale?

All items purchased as part of the online warehouse sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, including store credits and exchanges unless deemed faulty. If you believe that you have received the incorrect item or a faulty item, please contact us here immediately. ​Blanca reserves the right to assess and verify claims of faulty items and also reject complaints on products. 

The exclusion for final sale items will be noted on relevant products on the website.

If I purchased an item prior to the sale and missed out as it is now discounted, can I receive a refund for the additional spend?

Unfortunately this offer is not available on previously purchased items therefore we cannot honour the sale price.

If something sells out, can I purchase the item later at the same discounted price during the online warehouse sale if it restocks?

All items part of our warehouse sale are available while stocks last. Should an item be restocked, we cannot honour the online warehouse sale price.

Can you put products on hold?

Adding a product to your online shopping cart does not secure the item. If you do not wish to miss out please place your order to secure your styles.

Can I update what items are in my order or cancel my order? 

Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, we are unable to make changes once they are placed. All sales are final.

When will my order be shipped?

Due to a high volume of orders promotional periods, there may be delays on the dispatch of your order. Please allow additional time for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. We thank you for your patience.
