Is the Afterpay Day Sale available in-store?
The Blanca Afterpay Day Sale is only available exclusively online at Blanca. It is not available in-store or through our stockists.
How do I apply the Afterpay Day discount?
All items included in the Blanca Aftepray Day Sale will have their discount automatically applied at checkout.
I have a discount code. Can I use my discount code on top of the sale price?
Offer not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. No further discounts can be applied. All prices are final at the time of purchase.
Do you offer returns on items included in the Afterpay Day Sale?
All items purchased as part of the Afterpay Day Sale are final sale and not eligible for returns, including store credits and exchanges unless deemed faulty. If you believe that you have received the incorrect item or a faulty item, please contact us here immediately. Blanca reserves the right to also reject complaints on products.
All items that are final sale will be noted on the relevant products and also at checkout.
If I purchased an item prior to the sale and missed out as it is now discounted, can I receive a refund for the additional spend?
Unfortunately this offer is not available on previously purchased items, therefore we cannot honour the sale price.
If something sells out, can I purchase the item later at the same discounted price during the Afterpay Day Sale if it restocks?
All items part of our Afterpay Day Sale available while stocks last. Should an item be restocked, we cannot honour the price in the Afterpay Day Sale.
Can you put products on hold?
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not secure the item. Should an item be restocked, we cannot honour the Afterpay Day Sale price.
Can I update what items are in my order or cancel my order?
Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, we are unable to make changes once they are placed. All sales are final.
When will my order be shipped?
Due to a high volume of orders during promotional periods, there may be delays on the dispatch of your order. Please allow additional time for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Once it has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. We thank you for your patience.
